I made a custom fuel screw. I JB welded a fuel screw tool to the end of the stock fuel screw. I painted it black and etched the numbers 1, 2, 3, and 4 on the sides to keep track of adjustment I will make.
I will attach a few photos so you can see what it looks like. I love it. I can make changes with one hand and not burn my hand while the engine is running and at a glance I can make small changes and know exactally what I did.
The first picture is of the tool I used to JB weld to the fuel screw. It was $9.00 from www.rockymountainatv.com

Here's a close up picture of the fuel screw before and after. Notice the numbers etched in the shank to track adjustments more easily.

Here's what it looks like installed completely. Adjustments have never been easier for me. No more burnt hands or high priced tools that make it difficult to track adjustments.

Here's a close up of the new fuel screw installed in the carb. It can be turned very easily with two fingers and is easy to reach without making contact with the engine.

Sweet, good job man, I think I will have to copy you and make one of those myself
