I was just wondering how many of you actually run a top chain roller that attaches to the subframe? I never really heard much about them until recently seeing them listed on the aftermarket companie websites.
I have one. It works well.

If your riding motorcross, get one. If your just trail riding you dont really need one but its nice protection just in case

I don't MX. I race XC. Some of the courses are so whooped out, that I get full compression of the rear suspension. Mine has wear marks so I know the chain is hitting it.

I had the PEP one, but the roller fell off and I never found it. I now have a rear chain guide by TM Designworks. I never liked the sound the PEP one made when the chain hit it. It was too loud.
