Help! how do i use this thing? i wanna change colors on parts of quads and stuff like nausty and them do it...help me out please! i'll be waiting for replies.

Just a shot in the dark, use the paint brush feature, then adjust the transparency of the color you are using.

eye color changer, i don't think photo shop has that feature...

You notice how part of that frame is still the stock color ?
And do you know how to get like a white or blue background or somethin ??
