I have a hybrid but it's a 250r geometry frame with FULLBORE plastic. I just recieved an IMS oversized tank and realized it won't fit without some major cutting. Not too jazzed about cutting $500 plastic.

Anyone know what plastic accepts the oversized tanks with little or no modification?

i use the maier one piece race cut for either my 4.0 or 3.6 ims tank with no problems while my fullbores will only work with the stock size tanks.

Maier works great.

Do your fullbore's have the tank cover built in? Cause I was thinking of getting a new IMS 4 gal tank but was concerned with fit as well, but I use OEM plastic. The clarke tanks fit great but they are too high for my likings.

I had to cut my Fullbore plastic to fit the IMS 4.0 gal. tank but it was worth it, they look so much nicer than Maier in my opinion.
