My friend has an '06 Raptor 700 and wants to know whats a quiet pipe that makes the most power?

Go with a Biggun exhaust. They make a quiet core insert for them that makes them super quiet (94db) and still gives you the power gain that you want.

a yoshimura they have a tec kit that makes it (93db)
