Well looks like this year we won't be going to wisconsin to do our annual winter trip, due to the weather, so we are trying to find alternate places. We like a lot of trails and it looks like Fingerlakes state park in Missouri has about 70 miles. I have heard that it is usually really muddy, how bad is it? Could a 2x4 get through easily? Anybody have any pictures from there? Thanks:)

Ive been once. It was pretty dry the time we went, but some of the trails are pretty much 4x4 only.

good place to ride trails and practice on a mx track in terrible condition!! yes there is a lot of mud holes but my ex handled ALMOST everything...we had a ute. w/ a winch and i see this huge pit and said F*** IT!!!:D BTW it rained hard on a wed. and we went that sat... so it was real muddy! if you want to hit the good stuff head back by the campgrounds and use caution!

road there last january with 2 polaris scramblers, bomb 400, yfz450 and a suziki lt400

i road a scrambler and never needed 4x4 unless I purposely went through some big holes. The other guys didnt have any trouble with their sport bikes,.

There are some great hill climbs and a lot of ups and downs. good trail riding. Its worth a trip.

www.stjoestpark.com is supposed to be a good place to go in Missouri as well. Never been there though.

Had a great time, camping was nice. We got on line a reserved a spot so had a place when we got there. Trac was wet butt they let us ride it an the hot showers made it enjoyable camping. we plan on going back the summer. Tell us how it goes. Peace
