Best mod for speed

I have a 2003 400ex, what would be the best mod for more speed that doesnt cost much?

well if ur willing 2 loose a bit of bottom end and gain top speed, then gear it differently

16t front sprocket and 22s on the rear. ur going to loose a good chuck of low end power tho

could i just go with 16t front and leave the back and stilll use the stock chain?
