What georgous weather we have been having in this area, and with Codys 400 done we were not going to miss the chance to hit BPG up for some break-in time

Pappy
12-17-2006, 03:35 PM
Cody hasnt riden at BPG since mid-october when he sprained his knee, and wanted badly to clear the 70 foot uphill jump as his last attempt on his 300ex left him a few feet short of the top

Pappy
12-17-2006, 03:39 PM
Mike Repine couldnt pass up such a fine day to ride either

Did he make it?

Pappy
12-17-2006, 03:41 PM
With 2 or 3 laps down, Cody finally cracked the throttle and headed for the top!

Pappy
12-17-2006, 03:44 PM
I knew he was going for it, but I get torn between being a dad and a photographer:p Before I knew it he was at the top with me, landing clean

Pappy
12-17-2006, 03:47 PM
He was pretty happy, he has had 8 weeks to think about this jump and was stoked to do it.

Pappy
12-17-2006, 03:52 PM
KOG from the site was out in the 60 degree weather, clearing everything BPG has to offer

Pappy
12-17-2006, 03:55 PM
A rider I met today is called Pap:p At 46 , you young fellers would have your hands full with this "Old man":p

Pappy
12-17-2006, 04:01 PM
Dwayne Mallow and his brother were up to bring me some frames to do.

Pappy
12-17-2006, 04:04 PM
There were not a ton of riders but some of the regulars can keep you on your toes:p

Big air is a blip of the throttle on most any jump

Any pics of Cody's 400 bottomed out? I always find those kind of pics entertaining.

Pappy
12-17-2006, 04:12 PM
Dan watered the track and everyone except those that like the wet stuff took a break. It wasnt long before they were back at it

Sorry to disappoint you, but it was pretty much smooth on the downside today:huh

The only bad landing he had was when he tried doing the big uphill after the track was watered and had a hard landing, but the shocks didnt bottom out

Les Davis was out and about, trying to get used to his newly aquired 450R

Pappy
12-17-2006, 04:24 PM
Les just switched to the R, coming off his YFZ. He said it would take some time to get used to the differences:p

Very nice Cody!!

Major Props !!

Pappy
12-17-2006, 04:38 PM
Mike and Cody hit the upper track for some laps

Pappy
12-17-2006, 04:44 PM
The quad did pretty good. We would check over things every couple of laps, and it wasnt till cody had just about had enough that the hubs finally came loose.

Pappy
12-17-2006, 04:48 PM
Being out for all these weeks had cody chattering about next weekend before we ever finished with todays ride:p

Pappy
12-17-2006, 04:50 PM
KOG ripping out of a berm

Pappy
12-17-2006, 04:55 PM
Cody pulled of pretty quick when he felt the hubs loosen (after enough time dealing with loose hubs, he knows when they are loose and not to ride any more...lol)

No sooner then we had parked the quad, I could hear dan hitting the track. While our day was done, the fun for me was about to begin

Pappy
12-17-2006, 04:58 PM
It doesnt matter if you have a $30 dime store camera, or a $15,000 Nikon, if Dan see's you track side he will pull out all the stops to give you a show

Pappy
12-17-2006, 05:00 PM
Dan just picked up a 450r that I will be giving a makeover next month. he is nuts ona 400ex, cant wait to see what he pulls on something with some power:p

I love seeing these Breezewood pics. Way to go, Cody, on hitting the triple! And it was nice to see pics of Dan out there ripping it up. Now that he's getting a 450, I have a feeling the jumps are all going to be 10-15 feet longer!!!:D My quad is getting a winter makeover...I wish it would hurry up and be done because it's killing me not to ride with this nice weather.

This is a great shot Pappy! I'd like to see some more from this angle. You can see the height and distance of that awesome down hill jump.

Cody looks great on the 400!

I wish I had the greater number of stones (or fewer years) it takes to do that stuff.

Great pics.

Thanx.

I thought this guy on the LTR was a young kid until he removed his helmet...The guy was 46 years old and ripping the place up on Sunday and a hell of a nice guy as well. It gave allot of us older guys a little push:devil:

My numbers got all jacked up and wouldn't stick anymore. I'll have some new ones before spring.

Happy holidays everyone!

pappy can we order posters for older pics, like labor day?

Pappy
12-19-2006, 03:11 PM
Jeff, if you get me the picture, I can upload the fullsize image to that site and you can order any product they offer. Post it if you want it and I will upload it etc. It took 12 hours to upload this batch so I would like to not have to do all the old files, but a few wont bother a thing! All the future uploads will be direct to this site allowing folks to do what ever they wish whenever they wish. I think my mom already ordered like 20 pics of cody...lol

coolguy8769
12-19-2006, 03:50 PM
how much are the 30x40's?

my mom has mentioned that she has wanted one so i'll let you know when i know the price. I have the original version (twice this size) on my computer so i can email it to you if u want

Pappy
12-19-2006, 06:17 PM
Your correct Jeff. I went elsewhere for the 30x40's
