What kind of affect would this pipe have on a 300ex's power or speed? What other pipe would be better than a Megamax 2 for a 300ex?

i have that muffler and header pipe and i have hit top speeds of 60- 65 mph with holes in my air box and jetting

I think your better off with pro circuit T-4 slip on, you'll get more bang for the buck. You can buy one from rockeymountain or www.moto-man.com for $199 plus they got a quite core insert, if you dont want it to be loud all the time...

I realy like my system. Awsome power increase. Top speed is increased nicely. I have also removed the choke plate wich increases speed and power. I put 12 uni filtered vents in the lid (very good investment). I now can stomp the crap out of a stock Warrior. Before I put the 14 tooth c/s sprocket on I pulled my friend (he has a '96 sport) by six quad lengths. By the time we reached the end of the 100yards he started catching up a little.
