Installed HRC Kit Now it Boggs

I installed an HRC kit on my 05 450R, took it to the dunes this weekend and it has a bad low end bogg. It is from idle to about 1/2 throttle, from 1/2 throttle up it runs great. I tried messing with the air screw and no changes, I also tried moving the needle from the 3rd to 4th clip with no luck.
I have the HRC kit and a K&N filter everything else is stock. Any suggestions.

What size pilot you got in there?

I have the stock pilot, the HRC kit did not say to change it.

What other mods? What needle are you using?

Definitely jetting issues.

The only mods I have are the HRC kit and a K&N filter. The needle is from the HRC kit, the main jet (185) also from the kit. Pilot is stock the HRC instructions did not say it needed changed??

whats your airbox lid like?...does it have the HRC cut out?

My airbox has the HRC cut out, it had a little bogg even before the HRC kit install.

Id say bring the pilot up one. I know i did when i put the HRC kit in my 450r
