no the stock 400EX throttle cable will not work but I have one that will work. PM me for price.

Ill have to see what shipping is to canada i have shipped there b4 but it was quite expensive b/c i sent it by air instead of ground which was like 3 weeks. I dont have a problem shipping there though, So its also kinda up to you how u want it shipped. but 125$ is as low as im gonna go shipped it might be a lil more to canada though so ill let u know when i check, send me your address. thanks

I have a 450r carb of off a '04. It comes with the 450r throttle cable and it has a 52 pilot jet already in it. I had this carb on a 400ex. $115.00 plus shipping.
