Throttle cable?

Does anyone know if you have to replace the throttle cable if you put a +2 steering stem on the LTR.

And if so do you know where I can order the cable needed? Maybe a Part# too?

Well it is worth the try but ride gear didn't show a thing for a "clutch" cable.
