How can it be both normally open and normally closed? There is quite a difference.

for sale red pro design kill switch for all 4 wheelers. $25 shipped if you do not want it or do not know what it is than look it up and it will tell you exactly what it is.

Is it a (NO)Normally opened or is it a (NC) Normally closed tether killswitch? I believe that Pro design makes both if I'm not mistaken.

all pro design teathers are normaly open but work with evrything. dont ask me how because i do not know but they do. there is only one kind of pro design and there all the same just come in diffrent colors.
