Unless you are going to go into business or just use it a HOLE LOT, it's not worth it. Sorry I can't help you out though...All I can come up with is eBay.

When I'm in front of my work computer I'll try to find the link I saved for used boring machines. On that note I use a Lathe with a set of torque plates for honing. Like said above this can get expensive to buy all of the equipment. The plates and hones add up real fast.

All I've found are these huge machines that are thousands of dollars. Just seems for such a basic thing that there should be something for under a thousand. But then i guess everyone one would have one.

Yeah. You can find a good hone for a decent price, but beyond that goes up drastically.:ermm:
