440 jetting

my cousin recently turned his 400 into a 440 but doesnt know what to set the jeting at. the mods are: no airbox, stage 2 cam, and full exhaust. any suggestions would be appreciated. thanks...Nate

A good starting point: 42 pilot (45 if the choke is removed), 1 notch lower than stock on the needle, 175 main jet, 2.5 turns on the screw. Good Luck.
