Will a 450r rear shock fit on a 2001 400 ex??????

Search....yes it will "fit" but its no where near correct. The 450R rear shock is about a full inch shorter than the 400ex rear shock.

i have herd that the 400ex rear shock is just as good as the 450rs anyway

Yup, I'm gonna get my rear shock realved and resprung with a better link for my 400EX.
