Umm.. that's about it for under $100 as far as the motor goes. ;)

Also you might be able to pick up a used DG pipe or drop in cam on here or ebay for close to $100. Also if you don't want to lose the lid completely you have options to mod the lid for more airflow that will cost well under 100.
