I could see trying them if they were cheap, but for that price, might as well just buy the real thing

Somone posted somethign earlier in the year were you could get them for $20 a piece. Not sure were the link is though.

Those were Slashers, a friend of mine got brand new rear slashers for 15 bucks a peice!
