i have a 2006 trx 250ex ,why when i flip the wheels in the front the valve stems hit my rotors because i see a lot of peoples fliped with no trouble

Different quads, different set-ups.

you can take your rim to someone and have them weld the valve stem hole shut on the one side, then drill a new one on the other side.

Another option is to install that valve stem in upside down and drill a new hole of the other side since it will be on the outboard side now.
Just seems like a big pain in the @$$ to me. IMO it's just not worth the hassle.

Hey flip the wheels back and you won't have a problem. Then go buy some wheel spacers if you are really determined on fliping them. IMO its a waste if they were meant to be used like that then why didn't they come from Honda like that. Ur just gonna end up messing somthing up.
