whats a good pipe for under 250 dollars

I have the white bros E-series slip on, and just ground down the head pipe for now. With motor mods on the way I will probably buy a new head pipe, but for now it is goo to go:D

I also bought six pack of extra discs for it and longer bolts.

I dont remember exactly how much it cost all together but I am pretty sure it was under 250:devil

I have a 440 kit in mine with the stock head pipe (welds cut out ) and the WB E-series and using 12 discs. I have raced this against other 400's that have much more engine work and full exhaust systems and I stay right with them. Someone said on here the other day that you could get the WB for about $210. I had this same slip on on a stock engine after I had a sparks T4 full system. The 400 ran just about the same with both systems. The Sparks was very loud and I had to get rid of it.

Buy an HMF or a Supertrapp IDSII.

I have an HMF, my friend has the Supertrapp, I like mine a lot, it has a good bark to it-nice sound, and great low end grunt. You can get one for under 2 bones w/o spark arrestor or polishing like i did, and I think the supertrapp is like 189 also, both great pipes.

I agree with that, if I were to get another slip-on, it would be a Supertrapp, I wish they made a full-system-I'd buy that for sure.

Either one, you can't go wrong. Both have great sound and torque, easy slip-on, if I didn't have mine I'd have the S.Trapp-I've ridden with both.

If I remember right, you can get the basic HMF slip-on for 189. I'm not sure If anodizing colors costs any more, but I had mine polished for 20 bones more-I don't really go for the color thing myself-and another 20 bones for a spark arrestor.
