Literally no expense spared in building this quad. If you are currently racing a quad in the dez....this one is better. If you aren't racing a quad but considering it....this is the one. This quad has only seen 6 races total. Has less than 80 hours total on it since new.
It was taken down to the bare frame. Frame has all the needed gussets for longevity in the desert. The entire front suspension was modded to use Honda style upper A-arms. Much stronger design than Yamaha uses.
All parts powdercoated.
Custom +3 +1 Long travel a-arms with built in skidplates.
Elka Elite shocks (high/low speed compression)all around (about $4500 in shocks alone)
Elka long travel linkage in rear
Custom steering shaft
Denton adjustable steering damper
Protapers
IMS tank
Dr. D exhaust with spark arrestor and quiet tip...passes sound
jetted with big airfilter conversion
Motor itself 100% stock for reliability
Rekluse auto clutch with external adjuster
Tall seat
Custom AC Racing nerfs with heel gaurds....footpegs 1in. lower and back.
All AC Racing gaurds, plus heavy skid plates
battery compartment modded to fit CBR600R battery (much bigger)
Baja reinforced wheels...10in. front and back
ITP XCT tires...23f...22r
Durablue axle
steel braided brake lines
I'm sure there is a ton of stuff I'm leaving out.
Basically all the bells and whistles......no shortcuts anywhere. Would cost approx. $15-$16,000 to duplicate.
Asking $7500 obo.
