Throttle Grip Sticking....

I converted to a throttle grip. It has been sticking bad. I flew off at the dunes a month ago and the quad continued doing donuts with me chasing after it. It was a funny sight but could have run me over, flew off a dune destroying it or someone else. Any ideas how to lube this thing up? Do I maybe need a new spring? Thanks.

P.S. How do I update my signature?

lube the cable that goes to the twist throtle, also to change sig go into user cp and go to edit profile and your sig is in that.

Would lithium grease be fine for the throttle grip?

im sure it would. it should give its uses on the tube or bottle whatever it is of what you can use it for but im sure there would be no problem. i use old engine oil when i lube my clutch cable and stuff like that
