i tell you what. my dad changes/unsubscribes/subscribes to different companies or the same ones just to get the best deals, theres a whole bunch of ways to get around paying extra money, and if you do a little research everyday you can save yourself a couple $$ every month.

just a little heads up to ya!

I think we pay like 60-70 for high speed internet and about 70 channels. Its nice though cause we split it up 4 ways between the roomates so its not bad at all.

I pay $85/month for cable + HBO w/ Cablevision.

I use a Sprint aircard for my internet that my job pays for. Basically I get 1mb downloads and 800kbs upload and can use it anywhere I get a cellphone signal. It's much faster than the DSL and cable I had. I live in a highly populated area and the broadband cable was WAY oversubscribed. The aircard runs about $70 a month for unlimited useage (I think).

thats about what mine was, when I was living in my apartment. it was our most expensive bill. i hate comcast too, their comercials drive me crazy... you are watching something, then a comcast comercial comes on and you have to turn down the volume like 5 notches, cause it is so damn loud. although, really all services are like that. i just hate comcast, cause I have paid them so much money, and for what? crap!
