well since the temps have really dropped here in northeastern ohio.it has came time to finially do a complete rebuild of my tried and true 04 450r.but this rebuild wasnt a scheduled or even thought of build.this last season was deffinetly a bittersweet season when at one of my races.i was at practice and on one of the bigger doubles at the track i hit the jump and my back wheels cliped the landing of the double and sent me and my bike together flipping...ended up in the hospital for a few days with a concussion,amnesia,seperated both shoulders and plus my quad looked like scrap..<< thats the reason for the rebuild. but i was stuck in bed for weeks wasnt alloud to do anything...i was in college training for motorcycle tech and thankfully this happened while i was on are summer break.but when i went back up to cleveland where i lived and went back to class something about me wasnt right i had no will to do anything i didnt know if i still wanted to ride anymore,race or even be a tech..just looking at bikes of any sort depressed me.my grades in class were dropping..but when i came back home a few months later.i came home and had a little stack of letters from local racers that sent me get well cards and wanted me to come to the races so i did and all that drive i used to have just in that one time came back to me..i wanted to ride..didnt matter if i sucked or if i looked like a stiff out there..so i got my practice bike and raced the last few races..didnt do anything great but i had fun again..
but hey i ended up winning an indoor title,1st in a summer series and got 3rd overall in open quad cra points:blah: even with missing all of july-oct races:cool:
so the rebuild is going to consist of these componets..
herrmann racing +2's LT -silver
herrmann 1.25 swinger-silver
herrmann stem +1-silver
frame and sub gussetted stealth black
eliminator axle
all of that done by bk performance
elka lt front comp and reb
gt thunder rear shock and link
brand new factory red plastic
red quadtech hood
new pre-print number plates from my sponsor WWM
spastic rage distortion graphics
blingstar victory
ac grab bar
renthal bars
lsr dual brake lines
pro-armor pro pegs
asv levers<sponsor
douglas 4:1 wheels and champ beads pc'ed black
kenda klaw sx all around<sponsor
now for the motor...im not sure still of what i want done but i have an idea...so any suggestions could be helpfull

thinking of having c&d port and polish my head because i saw they had a killer price on there porting
