I've got an 88 250R with a Boyseen Rad Valve, milled head, low end port job on stock cylinder with a 35mm carb. Which of these two pipes would be the best, Paul Turner type 6 or a LRD adjustable? I will mostly trail ride, hill climb and play on a mx track with this one.

since it seems you will be doing all kinds of riding with this R, you shiould get a pipe that produces an overall healthy power increase across the entire powerband, like the FMF Fatty. Goodluck!

Thanks but no thanks. I knew someone would say FMF. I already have the other two pipes and I'm not buying a third one.

Go to GT Thunder's site and look under "old testing". He has an in-house dyno and has dyno runs with alot of different 250R pipes listed.
