I drilled mine out
first start small then go up on
size drill from both sides so you
get the depth go easy so you
don't work harden it took me
about a hour good luck

Good improvising I must say.
I very seldomn ever hear about people using Never-Seize. I have used it with great success, and my quad spends as much time in the mud and water as on the dirt.

put up on a stand and heat it up with a torch behind the swing arm then pound it out as you heat it. Its best you keep spraying wd-40 on it for a few days before.

I ended up having to cut mine out with a torch. Worst experience ive ever had with my quad. im making sure i never have to go through it again.
