View Full Version : NICCCCCE! I get my new truck tomorrow

Well as it says, i go get it around 6 tomorrow, it is a 94 gmc sonoma, black ext. cab, it has a 2.2 with a 5 speed and 85000 miles, cd player, american racing wheels with goodyears, eoru tails, an dthe paint is pretty much new, it was painted over summer, i will post pics of it later, i have been waiting to get a new truck for so long

i hear ya, im still waiting on june -july to get here so ill have to money to finally rid of my car and get a new truck.

congrats man, the 2.2's are really good motors. my first vehicle was a 94 s 10 and i loved that thing.

Check that head gasket!! 2.2s are good except for the factory head gasket, but with 85000 miles it has probably already been replaced.

Yeah the 2.2's are tough. They are virtualy the ame motor ahats in the sunfire and cavaliers. They are a little ticky because of the pushrod's and timming chain but they work good.

i just got my "new" truck in november. its a good feeling, especially casue its my first vehicle and i just got my license. good luck with yours

I just got a new truck as well .. Had to retire my old Dakota, replaced it with a 96 gmc sierra 1500 6.5l turbo diesel, extended carb, short box.
