I just got a new Flowmaster 40 series delta on my Jeep..Before I had some brand which I have no idea what it was because it was on when I bought the Jeep but today I finally got tired of it. It was't very loud at all and it just didn't have a v8 sound to it. But, now w/ the Flowmasters on it. man o man it's sweet! :D

I'm curious to see what you guys got and how they sound.
What exhuasts do you guys have on your vehicles?

I LOVE it, sounds like a 40 but just a bit quieter.

I was going to get it cut off right past the muffler but the guy said it wasn't a good idea because the mosture from the exhaust will evenutally start to rust things because it'st sitting under the cab. Also, the fumes would go into the cab alot and we all know that isn't good. :p
But he just cut it off right before it comes out the back so you can barely see the pipe. Looks good and sounds awesome. The sound clip doesn't do justice.

Ohh, mines the 5.2L V8 Grand Cherokee.

Sweet, I dunno, the standard 40 series seemed to loud and I can only imagine two w/ that kind of engine. but I liked the delta 40's sounds perfect on the jeep.

96 Ram 5.9L with Dynomax Superflo, but have had glass packs and straights. In the summer I run a Gibson Supertruck but it resonates to bad with the windows up in the winter, so I run the Dynomax for a few months.

single in (3") dual out(2 1/2") magnaflow with a punched out cat and 2 turndowns on it for now. however, can't get it inspected with the turndowns on it.
so this weekend i am chopping up the exhaust off a friend of mine's chevy (snapped two telephone poles with it...the exhaust is about the only thing good left on the truck:D ). just using the dual straight pipes off of it. gotta torch my reciever off tonight so the damn pipes will clear.

my 79 chevy ton truck with a sb 400 has 3" off the headers to flowmaster 40's and dumped right infront of the rear axle
my 95 suburban 350 has 3" straight pipe all the way out to the rear bumper from the ypipe,
i have gotten so many compliments on the suburban, people think i'm hiding a bigger engine in there

you can see the exhaust in this pic

I have a 99' F-150 with the Triton 5.4L in it.

Exhaust wise, it has a Flowmaster 40 series original SI/DO muffler going out to dual 4 inch stainless tips. Truck also has the 4 factory cats scrapped and has 2 Dynomax Hi-flow cats in their place.

I really need to get a sound clip of it on here.....with the Procharger screamin' at 12 psi moving all that air through the exhaust she sounds wicked

NacsMXer: That sounds like you got an awesome setup man, deff get a sound clip of that beast.. I still need to get rid of the catalytic converter on mine since there arn't an vehicle inspections where I live so I guess I don't really need it. Then it should sound even better ;)

Is anyone else besides me not really a fan of exhaust pipes showing? I mean I dont think they look bad but I just think they look better w/ out having them showing. I dunno maybe I'm just weird. :p

Hasn't anyone ever heard of JBA? If you are looking for mufflers by themselves Flowmaster is cool but if you are actually looking for an exhaust, definitely go with JBA. Top-quality products that look and sound great and really improve performance.

Check out JBA Headers & Exhaust (http://www.jbaheaders.com/).

Mine was a 50 series, 1 in two out. I cut out the muffler because i wanted more rumble so now its a why pipe instead of the muffler to the dual pipes. I dont feel safe without a muffler anymore, it sounds cool but im told it screws with my motor so im going to pick up a 40 series soon. Im also going to ditch the rolled tips and go with some slashed

Skip the 40 and go with a 60 series Jimbo that's a great sound.:D

I just have a 40 series on my ranger, 2 1/2" infront of the tire. Sounds pretty good, but it's still no V-8.

On my 91 5.7 chevy, I cut the cat off and re-placed it with a 3 inch pipe. Then put a magnflow muffler with two 3 inch turn downs.. Sounds pretty good..

My next truck isn't going to be a gas burner.. DIESEL.. And with that you have to have STACKS ;)

4" out the corners with 5 or 6" tips looks awesome.
