Has anybody seen this before: http://www.xrsonly.com/content/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=shop.flypage&product_id=1010&category_id=117&manufacturer_id=0&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=77

If so, do you recommend getting one? I wish there were pics of the actual dipstick stick.

Thanks.

Those things are awesome. If u've got $40 laying around I would go for it. Is it needed? No. But it's pretty cool.

You know what you could probably get a thermo from an auto parts store and fab one out of the stock plug. Just a thought:D yea thats a pretty neat trick. Look at the gfx they say XRonly i don't know about yall but i would feel kinda weird with my Trx saying XR its kinda like a mistaken identity of the ex.

Here's a link to another thread about the same topic. It has pictures and more info.
I have one. It's nice to know what temperature the motor is running at.

I have one something like that.I got it from some guy in cali. I love it,it lets me know how hot my oil is.i look at it very oftento tell me if i have been beating it enough.one time it was a muddy day and i looked at it and it told me that my oil temp was 280!!! it normally is 210-220.it turnes out there was too much mud in the cooling fins
