I don`t think it really matters. I like my TC on my 400. You won`t go wrong with either Pipe.

i know they are both really good. i liek the features of both too thats why i cant decide. i like the sparks its all one piece means its more durable and its ceramic coated. the tc isnt coated just has a black headpipe but its prob a lil lighter and you can tune it with discs also so im still not sure.

Look for yourself!!!!!!!!!
sorry to be mean, but dont waste people's time on here by asking things you have to power to learn by yourself.
Ask for Tom's Website, not his 300ex's exhaust price. someone will reply with the site quickly

Houser Cannondale

sorry bout that. reason i ask is that i have been looking around on sites and since its a special built pipe its kind of hard to find prices and stuff on them. thats why i get on here to find out more about it. ill see if i can find something though.

The Sparks I have seen were kind of yellowish. I`m sure if you kept it polished it would stay nice.

I do on my 400ex but you would have a TC Header with it also. The Silencer would look the same.

Houser Cannondale

Mine was $319. It doesn`t have a Spark Arrestor, but it does come with Discs and a Closed End Cap to put on there. I just like the TC one better.

Houser Cannondale

Warriorman,
Does TC have headers??? I though he just sold the slip ons?? Or is he just reccomending me to run the stock headers??

CPW

I like the HMF system.

We tested every slip-on and full system available, and the HMF slightly beat them all.
on a 00 416ex w/ a 39fcr carb.

HMF # is (216)631-6980

good luck , with whatever you decide!!!!

Happy roosting

the tc for 300ex is headpipe and muffler.. everything. the one for 400ex is just the muffler.

Dave400ex
09-20-2002, 09:31 PM
Yeah I believe he only has a Silencer for the 400ex. Yes when I talked to him about the Pipe he gave me the whole talk why to use the Head Pipe. I like it how it is. Heck Greg Trew is running his Pipe, 425 Piston, and XC Cam in Pro Production and beating some highly modified 400ex`s, C-Dales, Raptors, Z400`s, and everything else there.

i like the x-6. its a really good pipe, and is the best one for when you build up your motor.
