Stock shock question

I can't afford new shocks and a arms right now and was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to adjust the stock shocks to make it ride better. I weigh 180 and if I get very high in the air at all it bottoms out. I dont know what to do to the adjustments on the shocks to correct this. Any help would be appreciated

just bump up the compression and spring preload till it doesn't bottom out.

compression adjustment is on the ressys. Just turn the screw clock wise. For all the adjustments, its clock wise for harder or faster and counter-clockwise for softer/slower.
