05/06 400ex plastic on 2000

Will the newer style 400ex plastic bolt up to a 2000 400ex chassis with no mods? or will we need to make some new brackets.

search on ebay I saw a kit from some seller that had the exact thing you are asking about. It had plastics and the light to make it appear to be an 05/06 but it was $500-$600
