will 250R front bumper fit 400ex??

My friend that moved to florida has a 250r with a aftermarket bumper... he got a new bumper and wants to give me his other one.... Will a 250R front bumper bolt up to a 400ex??? or maybe with little modding???


does anyone know?

In the Rocky Mountain catolog it sells them as seperate items.
It doesnt say if it will fit.
U could always just ask him to try it and if it dont fit give it back or keep it.

im 99.9999% positive, you may have to do a little bending, but nothin major

a little bending is required. i put my 250r ac on my 400ex. the 250r is thinner. so you gotta bend it out to go on a 400ex.

yeah it will work. you just have to open the bottom a 1/2 inch.

well i gave it a shot... just put it on. Fit like a glove... no bending ... no nothing. Fit and bolted right on!!!!!
