Alright, here is my situation I have been preppin up my 1991 250x so that I can get ready to put it up for sale but today I was riding around my front yard in first gear and I realized something didnt sound right then all of the suddin I heard a big clang. I got off the bike and put it up on the grab bar to inspect it further and I saw the chain had come off so I got it unhung and accidently stuck my finger in what I thought was gas but then turned out to be oil and I realized that I had shattered my crankcase cover on the right side and I was wondering if anybody has a solid used one for sale or if you know where i CAN GET ONE. I tried ebay and no luck yet. Please respond idf you can help.
-thanks-

Just make sure the circled isn't a crack. Looks suspicious.
The edge looks pretty marred up like that one threw a chain too.

This crankcase cover has already been hit with the chain a couple times before I got a casesaver, and we have already pieced it back together. this time it was too weak and it just shattered. there is about a 3" hole crashed in the side of it, but that is good advice because it does work.
