Which plugs do you guys run? My bike is stock and would like to keep a few plugs spare laying around since im constantly re-jetting the bike for elevation and major temp/density changes.

Any brand stick out above the rest? Can I obtain any of these plugs at a local store such as autozone/checker etc?

ngk is a good plug

you can get these at most local quad shops

I run NGK plugs. Been great so far.

DPR9Z is what i run, if you run it hard it is waht i would suggest. you can also run the DPR8Z

I run the DPR9Z, the autolite CR is 4163 you can also run the NGK plug DR8ES-L autozone is more likely to have this one so if you can't get it started on a sunday i would try to get this one before i get an autolite.
