stage 2 or stage 1 plz help

i want 2 buy a cam for my 400ex. the mods r in my signature. people say that you shouldnt buy a stage 2 for a minorly modded engine but i want a gain in all ranges...help would be appreciated

I'd suggest the stage 1 would suit you better.
