250R clutch

got an 86 R. THe clutch cable is out of adjustment length. Wondering if this is a problem with the cable being stretched so much it is too long. Or if it is a sign of the clutch going out and i need to replace the clutch. anuy help would be much appreciated.

i had the same thing happened me and i just got a lever & cable for a cr80 i had thought my clutch went out to but it was just the cable from to much use

Get a terminator cable from motion pro and an easy pull lever(RTC is what im using now),and you will not believe how much better the clutch feels.
