it's the complete set they put in...I may have a spare or two, I didnt really pay attention....as for tools, I have the tools to change them but those never come with the balls. I had to buy them seperately....thanks

whick tires did you run with them i see there is differnt sizes for a couple differnt tires? any tools included ?

I ran 21inch fronts and 20 inch rears but you can run 22 inch fronts with these also....granted, these are cross country sizes so I hope that helps.....as for tools, I have them and can sell them but they we would have to agree on a price.....I had to buy them seperately from the balls..I know they dont come with them if you buy a new set from tireballs.....thanks and let me know if you have anymore questions....hopefully this helped out...Chris

they have 2 sizes for the 20 11 9 rear tire one for maxxis I-razr itp HD and one thats alittle smaller ????

I ran them with Maxxis Razr's and Razr II's........as for the size of the actual tireball, I have no idea....whatever the tireball company recommended I guess is the best way to put it....thanks
