is your new sparkel red considered a translucent color or no

It is a Dormant powder. Kind of cool really, the base color NSR is applied, and partially cured. When it coes in the oven it is sort of an opaque red, but comes out chrome. Then clear is applied and final cured and in the end you have a brightmetal flake red under a deep high gloss clear. Very cool and very very popular.
