04/05 and 06/07 sprockets will both fit. In fact, so do the sprockets for the CRF 450 dirtbike.

I run a 12 front on mine and love it... When you can keep the frontend on the ground

how much does the 12t front take off of your top end? i was going to go to a 12 since when i got my 04' it already had a 13t on it but was afraid the 12 would take a little too much off the top end. is it that much of a difference?

The 06-07 are geared different not just sprockets....
I do lose some from the top but not to bad it's not often that I hit topend in 5th gear... One thing about a 12 tooth you have to know how to keep your front down ...

that was the main reason i was going to go down in the front was for high 3rd-maybe 5th gear so i could bring the front up a little more easy. but i decided that i would lose too much on the top end and opted to stay with the 13t.

GO UP ONE TOOTH ON THE REAR AND IT WILL GEAR IT LOWER A LITTLE ASLO. NOT AS MUCH AS GOING DOWN ONE TOOTH ON THE FRONT AS IT TAKES ABOUT 2 TEETH ON THE REAR TO MAKE THE SAME EFFECT.:D
