i might be completely wrong, but i always understood the x as being identical to the r except with lights and maybe a few other things to make them more trail friendly?? i dont know, im a quad guy :D. very nice bikes btw

I'll have some pictures and possibly some video sometime tomorrow/today of the sleds ripping up the lake just down the street . It's always the first lake to freeze over in the area , so there should be a few hundred guys out there racing . Keep your eyes peeled for some pics .
how long do i have to keep peeling, my eyes are starting to hurt..lol
lets see em, cant wait.

Don't wait around too long . The weather decided to turn very mild overnight ( above freezing) and there were only a handfull of sleds out on the lake because the slush came up . I only snapped 2 pictures , and they are crap .

the R's have lower gearing and a lighter flywheel
the two bikes actually have alot of differences. look in the honda specs page if you Really want to know
they go a bit better then the x, as far as i know.
but not even close enough to make me care, my bike hauls haha
i will also get some pics up when the lakes freeze over
some sled/quad/bike watercross
i love having all the wheely room i want on the ice haha
pics soon.
ps
all the summer bikes are fatboys, the one in the middle just has heritage (sp) sheet metal on it; thats my paps bike
