Wanted 250EX or 300EX Projects

I am looking for either one of these 2 machines. Preferably a project machine for around $1000. Something my stepson and I can build this winter. I would at least like a complete machine. If at a possible I would like it in or near Northwest PA. Though I am willing to travel a little ways for the right machine. you mean to tell me no one has anything.......a 250X running or not, or a 300EX running or not up to 2 grand.....I know the 250EX's are hard to come by as a project but someone has to have something....I need a project for my stepson and I to do this winter. I have cash or a few parts that are worth trading for the right machine....

I think I have talked to him......he is too far away from me to travel....and he can't meet half way...but thanks anyway......My focus has switched to just a 300EX if anyone has one

Its really in excellent condition but needs a few things (bearing carrier, tire). Its on ebay right now with a buy-it-now for $2000, but try your luck to get it cheaper! You will find a link in my thread.

Haha nice. Ive already been told by a guy that he is buying it tonight for the $2000, and I have another good offer on backup incase it falls through. Thanks for your interest though, I'll let you know if dont sell it for some reason.

i got a 300ex with a 3,000 national race motor,lonestar axle and carrier,lonestar stem w/walsh clamp and has a built in kill switch holder,front and rear tcs shocks needs rebuilding i got everything but front and rear bumper and a-arms and the race plastic
