Internet Explorer 7?

Anybody else using this browser? Somebody has got it screwed up here at work, where the menu bar and all that stuff goes away whenever you take the mouse off of it. Does anybody know how to make it stay up there?

yeah i been using it for a good while now. maybe you could try and right click up on the bars at the top and uncheck or check menu bar..see what happens.
