that's quite an impressive box of goodies. you must be psyched!
congrats!
what brand are those shocks? are they reworked stockers?

put a dab of grease or some type of lubricant on your arms where they attach to the frame. i didn't and mine squeaked. drove me nuts, but then again i have JD performance arms, so yours may be different.

get your bars as straight as you can, run your tie rods all the way in and then back them out evenly, measuring across the front and rear of your front tires until you have your toe-in set.

Hey what size are your hipers and tires in the rear and what kind of tire do you have. Im guessing MXR6???

the easiest way i have found to align the front end is to put everything on. make sure its on a good flat surface, get the toe half way close then set your camber on both sides using a square against the bottom of the tire with a 1/4in gap at the top of the tire. tighten the ball joints. get on your bike and set the bars straight, then take a long staight edge, a broom handle or something like that will work, put it against the front and back of the rear tire and against the front tire then adjust untill you get an 1/8in gap at the front of the front tire. keep checking to make sure your bars are still straight. tighten your jam nuts and you're done. those are some of the best standard shock a-arms out there. the same ones are on my bike.

oh, those are the settings i like best for xc racing. and that method of adjusting toe only works if you axle is staight. and i'm sure yours is. good luck.
