shock length

are the shocks on a 250r the same length as that of a 400 ex?

im 99% positive 250r front is 15 3/4" and 400ex is 16 1/4"

Yea they lower the ex. They are shorter and the 2 stroke is alot lighter than the ex so the shocks are valved softer. They would help the looks of the ex but wouldn't be a good idea if your a big jumper.

I have a got a 250r rear shock wich I am looking to have rebiult and put on my EX, has anyone else done this?
