I have heard it does make a difference, widens the power cirve, I stumbled accross a Print out from a load dyno a while back, i will try to hunt it down and post it for you guys.

I talked to one of our pro riders at a series I'm running last weekend, and he has this header on his YFZ hybrid. And he doesn't like it a TON. He said the header it self is actually smaller, and the expansion chamber is the only thing that is big. He said he was thinking of going back to the Hi-Flo header, or Powerbomb.
