Just courious...

What have you broken on your king quad prematurly(sp?)?

Like axles, tie rods, brakes ect

The only thing I have ever broke on my '05 was a fuse. I blew the fuse for the fan on the radiator causing me to overheat, once i figured out it was the fuse, problem solved. No other problems since. Once the copperhead vdi comes out, I will have no complaints with the KQ either.

Ya the VDI CDI is gonna be awesome. Too bad I can not run it in the National races:(

Not yet (fingers crossed), although I still have stock tire size but have been in some pretty deep muck.

5 front axles, 2 front output shafts stripped, 1 front output shaft broke in half and cracked the engine/transmission case.

Yes, i did the recall. I know what i did wrong. A couple of weekends ago i rolled my king over and when i began to ride again i noticed the tie rod was bent, so i loaded it up and went to the house. The next day i took it off and put it in a vice to straighten it and i got it pretty close, well it turns out that once you bend a tie rod it becomes very weak and i went riding sat. and it bent 4 times i would straighten it when it would bend but the 4 th time it was just to weak and it bent so bad that the ball joint in the tie rod end just let go.

That would do it. My friend has done the same thing before
