1989 TRX250R

FRAME:
-1989 TRX250R frame gusseted for strength and professionally powder coated Translucent Red

ENGINE:
-Original 1989 TRX250R engine with CT Racing 330 Big Bore cylinder
-Rebuilt crank when CT kit was originally installed
-IMS Pro Design connecting rod
-Vortex clutch basket with newer springs/ fibers
-Hinson adjustable timing counter balancer holder
-Less than 15 hours on the first overbore for the cylinder, and a brand new Wiseco 77.94mm flat top piston was installed when top end was rebuilt
-39mm Keihin PJ carburetor
-Brand new head o-rings (Top end was disassembled over the winter for inspection and everything looks PERFECT)
-Boyesen RAD valve
-UNI air filter
-Red anodized base plate and torque spacer plate
-CT racing big bore pipe and silencer
-Aluminum in-line coolant cooler
-Oil and Coolant were just changed and are brand new

SUSPENSION:
-Burgard Racing stock width front a-arms
-Works triple rate front shocks with remote reservoirs (springs powder coated white)
-Stock rear swingarm
-Stock rear shock revalved by Pro-Action Performance (spring powder coated white)
-Lonestar Racing XC axle
-Dura Blue posi-lock axle nut
-Dura Blue adjustable “dog bone” link
-RPM axle bearing carrier with brand new rebuild kit just installed
-Brand new axle bearings and front wheel bearings
-Brand new Regina o-ring chain
-Many suspension components were powder coated Translucent Red (wheel hubs, spindles, tie-rods, rotor and sprocket hubs, linkage, and other parts)

STEERING:
-Houser +1 height anti-vibration steering stem (with 1 1/8” mount)
-Pro-Taper handlebars
-NAC’S steering stem block with brand new Hinson bushings
-Brand new steering stem bearing and seals

BRAKES:
-Steel braided front brake lines
-Brand new EBC brake pads (front and rear)
-Oversized rear rotor
-NAC’S parking brake block-off
-Front brake master cylinder guard powder coated Trans Red
-Baldwin Motorsports rear master cylinder cover

CONTROLS:
-RTC adjustable front brake lever
-RTC clutch lever and perch
-Brand new Pro Grip grips
-Brake pedal, shifter, and kicker powder coated Trans Red
-White Brothers Easy Clutch

BODY:
-Brand new Maier vented hood
-One Industries gripper seat cover
-Clarke 4 gallon oversized gas tank
-Honda fenders
-OMF radiator fins and scoops
-PRM desert bumper, grab bar, and frame skid plate
-AC racing swing arm skid plate
-MMF nerf bars
-Custom built double-wide foot pegs with kickups (powder coated Trans Red)
-OMF seat latch

OTHER:
-22x7-10 ITP Holeshot XC front tires on 10x5 Douglas wheels with James Lucky reinforcement rings
-22x11-8 Maxxis Razr rear tires on 8x9 Champion beadlock wheels with inner reinforcement rings
-Chrome lug nuts

EXTRA:
-Stock cylinder with port work and piston (they were running when they came off of the engine, but it will need a new bore and piston)
-Stock white hood with functioning headlight

JB plus two swing arm.elka shocks with cans . lonestar axle plus four .stock motor with new crank ,weisco piston. moose bars .asv levers. big gun rev box.xc tank. maire plastic .ac skids grab bars push bar .jeggs oil cooler . two sets baja wheels . two sets tires one set is razors . 400 hubs and brakes .also have the stock plastic . and 300ex hubs rotors. stock tank . asking 6,000.00 or best offer if interested email me at gbell55@verizon.net

its all in my signerature will beat stock 400 its not a 250 or up but its very cheap. asking $2000 not nerfs or kill switch needs front brake master cylinder
