teh 306 IS NOT a stroker motor. it is a bored 302.

Hey, which trans does it have a tremec, or a t5? The tremec that are most common in the fox bodies are the 3550 and tko/tko2. If you could lift the shifter boot up and count how many bolts hold the shifter onto the trans.

I have driven many stock stangs into the 12.90's even with 3.08's, I see no reason it shouldnt with a good driver.. considering this appears to be a stock stang with gears, pullys and exaust, I cant see no reasaon with even a half way decent driver shouldnt be able to get it into the 12's..

stock motored cars have been in the 12s with no poweradders, power to weight ratio is a good thing

anything is possible...with the right driver it would be able to get 12s. i know a guy that race his ls1 with only full exhaust and ran 12.8

There are tons of relatively stock fox's running into the 12's. My 89 notch runs high 12's and its a 306 with basic bolt on's, 24lb injectors, mass air meter, tb, upper lower intake, small cam, STOCK gears. Very easily done with a decent driver.Gt Foxbody weight roughly 3400lbs, thats not alot!

Say what you want but I have never seen a mustang
into the 12's without a power adder or lots of motor
work unless the car is completely gutted. Only an 03/04
cobra is going into the 12's without mods and a 96-02
cobra can reach the 12's with a cold air intake, full exhaust, pulley's and a performance chip. :rolleyes:

I am not trying to bash this post, I'm sure it is a nice car
but for the people who do not believe this is a 12 sec. car
need to see the engine mods posted. Good luck with
the sale.
