Pictures.....?

I dont know if this was asked before or not so please dont get mad at me if it was... on a lot of people's profiles, it says "Senior member" or "Junior member" under their names. ...what does that mean? Also, a lot of people also have pictures under their name....how do you put a picture there...and also, can anyone put a pic under their name? thanks guys,

you have to click on messages, then click on edit options. Go down to the bottom and click on "avatar" then pick a pic from your computer but it has to be resized to be really small

I'm pretty sure the member status is determined by the number of post. If you want to change the avatar(picture), you go to User CP, Edit Options, Change Avatar. The picture has to be smaller than 65x65 pixels, I believe.
